Hi folks !
A friend of mine has a Supro 6 string lap steel, in case in good shape.
He is thinking about trying to learn to play this thing.
The serial number on the back of the neck is:X71709.
Can ANYONE shed light on how old this guitar is and what would be the value of an oldie ,like this ?

Supro had a number of models available in 1957. If you can post a picture (or send a picture to me via email) I might be able to guess which model you're talking about. The potential value depends on the model and more importantly its condition.
