Here's that clip with the two gentlemen from The Skyline Club's house band. Jody Meredith on vocals, and Jerry Lightsey on bass. They had some great stories about their tenure there during the 50's. Tons of Country and Western legends came through there and these guys got to back-up ALOT of them. Jerry told me of all the big name singers he met, only one was a jerk.
Wayne Wood, who was the steel player of the house band during that era, has a Fender Quad that i'm helping him sell. Anyone interested please send a p.m.
