OLDE "MR. SMOOTHY" HAS DONE IT AGAIN !

BILL STAFFORD ("Mr. Smoothy") has a new CD coming along. The sample he sent my way proves he has not lost a thing in his gorgeous steel
styling...Awesome!

What I love about Bill's playing is the fact he is so aware of a little item called a 'tone control'. 90% of all pedal players have almost the identical wide open bright sound seemingly to be the signature sound of pedal guitars which can become quite tiresome after awhile...JMHO

Bill brings out the beauty of the pedal guitar along with all those wonderful smooth flowing great chords !

Clinton Gregory, also on the CD, plays the kind of fiddle I really enjoy. His intonation is absolutely superb.

This will be an excellent CD....probably Bill's BEST !
