They didn't appear to notice my presence. I was seeking info' on the latest amps and while "someone" was walking around, my obvious interest in the eqipment was sorely unnoticed. AMAZING! I guess if you have the placed locked up......you don't need musicians to spend their hard earned money there.
Those Fender tube amps are looking and sounding better all the time.

Ray, I would have been glad to answer your questions. More times than none, Sales Rep Robin Venters, Clinician Kimbo Davis and myself were in the Peavey room at the same time to answer questions. However, at this particular show, Golden Road Productions(the sound company) was hired by Peavey for the first time to provide the full Peavey sound system for the main ballroom, so we provided support for them. Also, my wife attended the show with me this year and was in the demo room the majority of the time and notified me when a customer needed his/her questions answered.

If we in any way appeared to ignore you when you visited the Peavey Demo Room, I apologize. However, you can reach me toll free in the U.S. at 1-877-732-8391 or you can e-mail me at mikebrown@peavey.com and I'll be more than glad to assist you. I am in the office from 8AM-5PM CST Monday through Friday and I'll await your call.

As far as having "the place locked up"? I haven't seen any other major manufacturer offer their services. We have provided the complete sound system and backline for the St. Louis Convention for over 25 years. Where are our competitors?

I went to the Peavey room for help on my Profex and got it real quick. And Peavey has the best service I know of at their repair place in Meridian, Miss. They fixed my amps while I waited. You can't beat that.
