Is it silly to think that such a change may be setted up in place of P4 on the C6 neck ? It gives a genuine Don Helms tuning except for the 8th string which may be kept as is.

It might be a bit demanding for the PSG, but I've notice that Paul Franklin have P4 with 6 pulls on his C6 Neck. Are all the PSG on the market well suited to accept this change or just the sturdiest, Franklin for example ?

It's a great idea but can you just move up 4 frets and play the next (lower) set of strings?

BTW, if you make that 4 pedal change an A to a Bb you'd get a nice handy 7th chord.

That way you can go from a sweet and simple I7 to a IV7 by going from pedal 4 to pedal 6

Just an idea
