through yourself to learn? Something like "BIAB for

Here's a good place to start. Click Here George Wixon's site has many BIAB tutorials to teach you the basics. Also try posting on the Band in a Box section of the Forum with specific questions, there's lots of knowledgeable folks there willin to help.
