Trey Young, son of Faron Young, played the show with us last night at the Mid-South Opry in Conway. He did a great job and it was a lot of fun playing steel behind him. Trey is a good friend of Dixie Harrison, the Opry owner, who is another very good intertainer, so we had a blast. I was supprised at the simularity in the voice and style of Faron and Trey. I want to extend a personal invitation to each of you who might happen to be in Conway, stop by and say hello. Our show is every Friday and Saturday night with a host of good entertainers. Great band even tho' the steel playing is the weak link. Have any of you worked with Trey? Like to hear from you.

My band backed him a couple of years ago here in NC at Turner's Opry House. He did a great job mostly singing his dads recordings. He was a super guy to work with and I hear he may be coming back to our area soon.

Hey Larry, good to hear from you. Is the New Year's Eve gig at "The Junction" and is it a show, dance or what ? Got to visit with Leatha a while back at the junction.
