Wiring a neck selector switch

Could someone post a diagram for wiring a D-10, single coil pickups? I'm asking how to wire the 6 contact switch which would allow either neck or both necks to be on. Thanks in advance.... Smile

Basically the jack connects to the center terminals, and the two outer terminals go to the pickups.

Just ignore the coiltap switches if you don't have that on your guitar.
