This is pretty neat! My older brother is all the time making things from scratch. Like myself, we grew up building model kits, he became a lot more advanced. He builds a lot of stuff from scratch now, so jokingly I told him to build a steel one day. Loaned him a Carter brochure, and here's what he came up with. (from scratch!)

Wow, it's amazing how much that steel resembles how well I play........

That is hilarious. It's like now Mr. Bill, Sluggo, and Gumby will all have a steel to play.

This has the ultra-low-low-ultra-low-ultra under-height kit. Special made-to-order! about 2" from the ground to the bottom of the cabinet.

Do they come in blue and yellow...BTW..better remove that NP..someone might get angry.

I think I'm a bit suspicious about the fret locations. Of course, it would play better if it had strings. Does it have a mechanism ?

Seems like your brother could make a living making Birthday Cakes in the shape of steel guitars. I'm sure there would be a demand.

Well the Carter Starter comes in black mica, and it's almost as good as this guitar.
