I need to get an Emmons pedal bar decal to replace one that has almost been polished away by an over enthusiastic previous owner, on an otherwise mint condition push pull. Any suggestions where I can obtain one from?

I recently bought the E9 single neck version of this instrument. It has two pedals, 5 kness, one of which being a vertical which acts like the third pedal.
It is a push pull and is believed to be made in the late 60's early 70's. It looks exactly like this instrument, E9 only.

What is this steel called?

It is just a D10 Emmons Push Pull SKH guitar - transition model as it has the LeGrande pedals. 8 pedals and 6 levers (at the moment!)

Nathan, yours would be called a single 10 push/pull or s10. If yours is a single neck on a double body with a pad it would be a sd10 push/pull. The pedals don't matter. The SKH or short key head referenced above is NOT a push/ pull guitar. The SKH was the first model Legrande all pull guitar built by Emmons.
The short answer to your question What's it called.
Two words TONE MONSTER :D

Yeah, mine is a push-pull. S-10, not SD-10. It is very much a tone monster. Even given my amature status, being a guitarist, former french horn player, I know good tone when I hear it. The 1" BJS bar helps, I'm sure.

John, I made a mistake - hands up. Its not an SKH, but is definitely a push pull.

Ken, mistakes are just part of life no big deal. SKH, p/p imho If it has an Emmons badge on the front it's a Tone Monster. I have both but I will take the p/p as my favorite. Have a great day.

Speaking of the decal, I honestly haven't looked yet, but, I'm pretty sure mine doesn't have one.
