Hi folks, I just received in the mail one of the best CD's I have heard in a long time, and it's by a very pretty lady from Nebraska, Lorraine Worth.

If you like Classic Country done the way it is supposed to be, this is the CD for you. I promise you won't be disappointed. This one is a keeper, and I have had it playing in my truck driving back and forth to Denver for the past week.

There is lots of steel on this CD also, and our own Curt "The Shoe" Shoemaker is doing an awesome job on this one folks, from the 1st song "Under your Spell Again" you are hooked on Lorraine's Voice, Curt's Pickin', and the rest of the musicians transport you back into the late 60's early 70's on a CD that is going to get alot of folks talking about Lorraine Worth.

I also have heard that she will be in St. Louis this year at the ISGC for the 1st time, so all you steel players that need a singer that can really do it right, and will add to your show, ask her to sing a song with you.

Get a load of the song's that are on this latest project, and she also wrote 2 of them one of which is one of my favorite tunes on the CD "The Greatest Hero" for her Dad. These Lyrics really touch your heart.

1. Under your spell again
2. Please help me I'm falling
3. Satin Sheets
4. Old Flames
5. Invitation to the Blues
6. Worth the Wait
7. Woman of the World
8. Heart over Mind
9. Blue eyes cryin in the rain
10. Silver Wings
11. The Greatest Hero
12. How Great Thou Art

Talk about a lineup of songs, and the Great Jeanne Pruett even interjects a nice note on the inside of the CD with these lines "Way to go Girl, are you country or what? Satin Sheets has never been covered vocally or musically any better"!!!

My favorite songs on the CD are "Under your spell again" which Shoe plays an awesome solo on, "Invitation to the Blues" a great version of this country classic, "How Great Thou Art" I had to listen to this one several times in a row, you will see what I mean this one is powerful. The song that really grabbed me though was the tribute song to her Dad "The Greatest Hero" that Lorraine and the Legendary Cowboy Singer/ Songwriter Les Gilliam wrote.

Here is her website so you can get a copy today, I promise this one will be one you can't quit listening to. www.lorraineworth.com

You are right Red, Lorraine has a great Classic Country CD. I'm proud to be apart of this great project. "Keep'in It Country" is definitely what Lorraine has done.
