If you have CCD image problems with a Canon product,

check out this Canon USA Camera/Camcorder Service Notice.

I recently had issues with my 5 year old Canon Powershot A75.

Canon Service was great, from their phone support, to their service, and within a week turnaround.

Shipped and repaired for free.

I had this happen to my A70. The warranty was expired but as it says in the notice, they repaired it for free anyway. Great service.
