Western Swing in CHICAGO! Rattlers + Western Elstons 5/23/09

HI All,

Anyone who will be in the Chicago area might want to know about a rare dual bill western swing night at the great Marty's concert club in Chicago on Saturday 5/23. The Rattlers and Western Elstons.
I play steel in the Rattlers with the amazing John Rice on Telecaster and fiddle -totally smokin' on Tele. John hangs right in there with Brent M., Albert L., and James B. - no kidding. Ollie O'Shea will be up from Nashville singing and playing first fiddle - yup twin fiddles.

Also on the bill will be Western Elstons with forumite Joel Paterson on steel. Two steel players in one night on the same stage in Chicago in 2009 is unheard of. If I wasn't in the band, I'd buy a ticket. Heck, I might buy one anyway. Rattlers go on at 8:30PM
