Hope you don't mind but I would like to know more about mine also. 1C193 It is old enough to have decals for the name and not the plastic MSA emblem. |

Nathan....Serial number 2C2268 is a rosewood double 12 which left the factory with 8 pedals and 4 knee levers. It's original destination was our distributor in Chicago who would have sold it to a music store.
Your guitar was born on March 27th 1974.
Scott....Serial number 1C193 is a white single 10 which left the factory with 9 pedals and 4 knee levers. It was originally shipped to Peter Kleinow whom I believe was better known as "Sneaky Pete", who received international recognition. The exact date of birth was not entered into record, however it was built in the early 1970's.
Thanks guys for playing an MSA and for providing me the opportunity to provide you some history about your guitars. |

Thanks Reece for the info. I would have never thought about Pete being the original owner . I bought it on ebay and it had 3 pedals and 6 knee levers . It would be nice to know the original tuning it left with , but I doubt those records exist. Thanks again . Scott

Scott....We kept tunings for individuals guitars for a while, but over time felt no need to keep them. |
