Got my D-6 Stringmaster today

Well I am thrilled, it's rough and needs some TLC but that's the way I like em. Quick question, does anyone know who Chuck Lewis is? It was rubber stamped inside under both of my tuner pans. It looks like it's under the finish too. BTW this must be a real rare one. A D-6 from 1973. There can't be a bunch of these out there. This is kinda hard to see, but
