Open Mike at Coffee Underground

Post by b0b »

I guess I rambled a bit at the open mike. Sorry for all the talk.

Anyway, this is my Sho-Bud Maverick S-10, 2+1, through a tiny Roland Cube amp. No volume pedal.

The song is called Down Home Kitchen Blues.

My sister Lou Wray is playing guitar.

b0b I think you do a great job with that style of playing, I love the blues. I bought the Eric Clapton CD, Me And Mr. Johnson where he does a lot of the old standard blues songs and you would have really put the icing on the cake if you had been playing some blues on the steel guitar along with Eric on that CD. You sound fantastic I enjoyed that.

Here's the studio recording of the same song, by the Open Hearts Trio:

Down Home Kitchen Blues

This version is C6th, on the Williams D-12X.
