Guys, I tried emailing you at the addresses listed on the "contacts" page of your web site http://www.beckmusicalinstruments.com/Contact.html. It's been about a week or so and I haven't heard from you. Are those email addresses still good? And is that the best way to contact you?

I emailed BMI 6 weeks ago inquiring about ordering one of their Speedy West Model D-10's. Like you, I was ignored by BMI.
I guess they're either too busy or not busy at all and sent everyone home.
As you know, BMI in its various incarnations, has been a major player in this industry for a very long time. It would be nice to know what's going on with them.

Well, I just called Don at his home;

He was great! And as pleasant as can be. Yes, he did admit that he "is a little behind" at reading the email from the BMI web site, and that in fact it hasn't been working perfectly lately...

So he asked that I pass along to everyone to go ahead and call him directly! Hey, it worked for me!

I buy BMI parts fairly regularly and I always find that it's best to call Don directly - I don't think email is his forte.
He is great to deal with.
