I've got an early Rickenbacher, which I bought years ago, but never set up and played. It's a '37 B6, 1.5" magnet, 2 knob model (one knob each on opposite plates).

The insulation on the wiring is rotting and falling off and a couple of wires have come loose.

Does anyone have a schematic for this model as I'd like to rewire it?

I can't promise anything but.......

I just might have one up on a dusty shelf in my music room. If you haven't found one in a week or so, email me and I'll search for it.

Thanks Ray, I'd be most appreciative. I'll see if I can track one down on the internet in the meantime.

Chris,

These are Rick Aiello's favorites and I also used them and they sound great.

You can also order the cloth wiring from one of these sources.

James... Thanks for the copy of the wiring diagram. It looks fairly straight forward. I appreciate your posting it.
