Ok, so now I've figured out, you have to sign up to see the whole first episode. Otherwise, it's just a snippet. The whole episode runs about 20 minutes or so.

It takes a special "breed" to be a successful session picker. You have to think different and you must create. I've known (and picked with) some excellent musicians that are totally lost in the studio.
