Boss RV 2 or RV2 Digital Delay DD2

Where can I pickup [purchas] a Boss RV2 of RV3? It has been suggested to purchase a Boss RV2 or RV3 rather than repair the internal RV in the amp. It will give me better quality and sound. What should I expect to pay.

Also they suggested a Digital Delay DD2 -I'm not sure on the correct term on the Digital Delay. To be honest I'm not sure of how the Delay works.
