Does anyone use Peavey 212 EFX?
Are they good steel amp?
Any trouble with them?
I now use Evans FET 500.

I do not know what a EFX is but I have a 1970's?
Peavey Classic VT with 2-12s and tubes 200 Watt output. Sounds good with steel with a processor.
It is a little treble without.

I own one. I never had a problem with it. I'm not a steel player so I can't say how it would sound with a steel. I believe the Transtube 212 EFX is essentially a Peavey Bandit (Preamp/power amp) with a digital effects module added. It has the same specs as a Bandit for power output and input sensitivity.
