NV400 Problems

Is anybody at the DFW Show going to have a NV400 reverb mod? I'm still having a problem with the reverb on it (except if I shake/slam down the amp - usually turns reverb on) and when I try to hook up an effects loop or volume pedal to the 'pre eq' in I'm having some issues as well - extremely noisy and effects don't come through clearly - really muddy.

The overall warmth of it is unbelievable though - just doesn't seem to have as much reverb as my NV1000. Any suggestions? Thanks.
