Hats off to Mike Bienstock

Post by James Sutton »

Last October I posted that I needed lap steel for a CD I was recording for a pastor friend. Mike Bienstock responded and was kind enough to volunteer and recorded tracks for several songs and sent them to us. What a nice guy and great lap steel player. Here is one of the songs Mike did for us.

I am proud to know Mike through this forum and hope you will hear his great work.

I am not surprised James!!

Anything Mike likes and wants to play
.....he can do it. He is a new player
and came to me for lessons just a few years
ago. Started from scratch...he never ceases to amaze me.

Good luck James with your CD and thank you
for your kind words for MIKE.

He sure has worked hard and deserves it.

James, I'm really glad to have had the opportunity to contribute to the project. It was a real pleasure and a fabulous learning experience. I appreciate the kind words!

Thanks to your offer and patience, and with Roy's help and encouragement I was able to take another firm step down the steel path. It's great to have the chance to learn and this forum is responsible for allowing that to happen!

Soo many amazing people from all over the world. Thanks b0b!
