The Seattle Pioneers of Western Swing (p.O.W.S.) will be held in Everett, WA at the Eagles Lodge. Food on site, lodging close by. From August 9th thru the 12th. Hall of Fame Induction on Sunday afternoon.

Congratulations Dayna.....and while you are there be sure to give my regards to sax player Gary Bloxum who is also being inducted. We closed many a honky-tonk together back in the 50s & 60s when we were still paying our dues.

Another old friend, guitarist "Little Joe" Settlemeirs was inducted last year. (I haven't heard from anyone about me.....I guess I'm not old enough yet..ha)
