Hi Gray good question.It is a stereo volume pedal- model 120 St.Has 2 pots and 2 ins 2 outs.can also be run in mono as well.

Hi Gary I'm not sure how old it is-looks 8 of 10.
It is identical to any other goodrich pedal cosmetically.I'll try to post a pic as soon as I can -I have some other items that need pictures as well.
