On behalf of the Indy Steel Guitar club, I would like to thank Weldon Myrick, Scotty, Don Curtis and his son (A fine drummer),Leonard T. Zinn, and Jerry Brightman for the great show over the weekend. Weldon is a really great player and super nice guy to boot. Also, a special thanks to Jerry Brightman who is a monster picker. Be sure to not miss his performance anytime he is appearing when you might be able to attend. Jerry and Weldon put on a super set together on Saturday night and it was (Free). All who missed this, missed a great treat. We worked Don Curtis really hard. He and his son played drums for most of the show and both are really great.

I second what Fred said about Jerry Brightman....he is a monster speed picker! He was the highlight of the show for my wife and I!

I'm sorry I forgot to mention what a great job Rob Parker did. He is always a great asset to a steel show and is a true treasure to the steel guitar community. Thanks a lot Rob.

Fred, and all the rest of the Indy gang!
Thanks so much for having me at the show. It's been many years since I've seen Weldon, and I really enjoyed the set we all did together. Seeing Scotty, LT Zinn, and Don Curtis was also great. I told Don that his boy has now replaced him as my staff drumer
Our ole singing buddy, Rob Parker even played the set with us on the Sat. Jam. Having all the folks stand up at the end, really makes you speechless. Thanks for all of the nice comments about my playing and I hope to get a chance to do it again sometime.

Warmest regards,

Jerry
