what is a safe free file sharing software
every time i search for one i get a lot of warnings on yahoo search _________________ proud parent of a sailor

There is no such thing as safe file sharing anymore. Even bit torrents are laced with toxic files, as noted by recent Aple iWorks downloaders who got infected by the pirated files. My best advise to anybody contemplating using any of these services is "don't." If you need to download music you can buy single tracks for under a buck, and download them legitimately. These files are scanned by the services that promote them. There is no such safeguard with free file sharing peer to peer networks.
Bot Masters bait some of the programs offered on those free sharing services and dupe users into enlisting into Botnets by running hostile code embedded in shared files. _________________ "Wiz" Feinberg, Moderator SGF Computers Forum
