I just flew back home and here's just a FEW memory makers!
THE JAM: Wallace, Knight, Spires, Hughey
fire, brimstone, thunder and lightning!!
Rob Parker; the voice, phrasing, and spirit
nothing better.
Wayne Smith, the gentleman preacher who
brings the message in 10 strings alive.
THE BENNET FAMILY...the outflowing of love
in attitude, voice, and a sound that I'll
never forget. No picks, just heart!
Thank you sooo much Doug and Stevie, and
Larry, Steve, Rob, LEONARD, and Chuck.
Sincerely, Bob

Thanks for the encouragement Bob. Don't forget, your set was heart felt too. Nothing like the old nostalgic songs on Pedal Steel to bring back blessed memories.

Thanks Bob... It was a great time, wasn't it? I have to say that it was such a treat for me to be able to jam with John, Herby, and Junior. Getting the chance to play beside your heroes is truly priceless. I had a lot more fun doing that than playing my own sets!
It was a special treat to hear Lonnie Bennett. I just love things that are real - not an imitation, but the real thing. I just get the idea that no one stopped Lonnie from playing what was in his heart or in his head, and told him that everyone should sound like Emmons. Dan Tyack, I have never met you personally, but I have to thank you for how much you back the "Sacred Steel" players. It's great stuff.
Doug Rolfe, if you are listening out there, I had a great time (with the seminar and the show), and God willing we will all be back together for 2002.
I hope to see more of you there Next Year,
