XP Home edition SP3

I found a folder on my C drive called MWASPI.
What is it used for? Do I Need it or can I delete it?
It has an UNINSTALL. EXE file with it.

Thanks
Joe

Joe;
If you have a Fuji digital camera, or some particular brand of CD-ROM it may belong to them. Right click on the Uninstall.exe file and see if there is a Version tab. If so, select Version and see if it says Microstaff WinAspi or anything similar. Those are legitimate files that should not be removed without knowing what you are doing.
