Most steel players have experienced both extremes over different periods of time. Looking back on day one at the steel is the most memorable. I'm wondering how many remember the first serious attempt to play the steel? |

I seem to remember several weeks of attempting to get both pedals up & down chords to sound sort of in tune. Then came Scotty's Anthology & a TU12H.... and life was good again. _________________ Excel Superb U12, MIJ Squier tele, modified Deluxe Reverb RI, Cube 80XL, self built acoustics & mandolins |

Chris,
Scotty's book was one of the most helpful publications ever to be made available to steel guitarists of every level of playing steel. Anthology Of The Pedal Steel offered something for every player of the steel guitar. |
