Hi Jody, I'm glad you got the meeting going again. I'm going to try to make it, If the good lord is willing. I'm still dealing with my doctors too. You take care of yourself my friend. Wish I could come to the meeting, but I'm living just south of Nashville, in Columbia Tennessee now, however when in Houston area I'll make it a point to come by. I've joined the Nashville steel club now, and they have 4 shows a year. If you, Billy or Patty come this way, let me know, and we'll treat you to a night out on the town. You've got to see the Time Jumpers. Weldon Myrick, retired Grand Ole Opry steel guitarist played steel behind my Father-in Law, Vic, the other night. Weldon sounded great. O'h yes, a major Gospel Group just recorded one of the songs my wife wrote 25 years ago. See you down the road, and tell Billy and Patty hello. |
