Like everyone else, I'm trying to come up with THE sound. I'm fairly happy with the reverb in my NV112 and definitely happy with the reverb in my SF Twin, but would like to add a tad of delay/echo. I've used the Danelectro Danecho and got good results, but I'm curious about the Alesis Nanoverb and Picoverb. Has anyone tried these and what are your impressions? Did a search but didn't come up with much, except everybody seems to love/hate the Boss pedals.

Thanks.

I've taken to using an MXR Carbon Copy analog delay stomp box for delay. It's very warm sounding, and you can activate the delay to modulate for a very fat sound.

It may not be for everyone, the modulation plays tricks on my brain regarding intonation. But when I record and play back with the band I like the sound. I use it along with just the smallest amount of combo reverb out of my '65 RI twin. I set it to a slapback sound and I use it judiciously.

To my ear, it's kind of a rock tone...

I recommend Lexicon MPX-100 or MPX-110.

What b0b said. I have the MPX100. The Lexicon reverbs are as smooth as it gets - the delays are clean and can be tapped in.

The DigiTech RP-150 has wonderful Lexicon reverbs. You can also blend in a bit of digital or analog delay, plus a bit of chorus, if you so desire. All in one programmable stompbox.

They are less than $100.

Skip,
Like you, I use the reverb in the 112. For delay, I use a Boss DD-3. Never had a problem with getting what I wanted out of it.
