Andy;
Try this solution to stop the pop-up warning about mixed secure/insecure content:

With Internet Explorer open go to Tools > Internet Options > Security tab. Click on the Internet Zone icon. Set the security level slider, if it is present, to Medium. Next, click on the Custom Level button. A page with all security settings will pop-up. Scroll down to the section labeled: "Display mixed content" and change the setting to "Enable" and click OK, to save the change. Exit Internet Options and restart the browser. Open IE and go to a site that usually causes the security alert and see if it is gone.

Let me know if happy happy, or sad sad.
