I just had dealings with Jerry and want to say that he's the best. He builds a wonderful sounding guitar and provides excellent customer service; never met him but he sure sounds like a great guy over the phone. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks, Jerry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shocked Update: Picked so much - forgot his name... Sorry, Gary!!! Great guy anyway and guess many other of you think so, too! If you see this, Gary, I'll come visit your shop one day - check it out myself. Thanks, Very Happy

Gary Carpenter is a terrific human being who just so happens builds a great steel guitar. Last but not leaset, he's a great player also.

I SENT MY GUITAR TO CARP.FRIDAY NITE BY CORKY D 10 8 ;5 SENT GUITAR BACK MONDAY GUITAR PLAYED GOOD BEFORE NEW UPGRADE ON IT LOTS OF WORK PLAYS SUPER NOW THANKS GARRY
