13 is a lucky number

I have worked with 13 new steelers this year. All of them have 1 or more guitars, pedals, amps etc etc.

They all share one common trait. THEY LOVE THE SOUND OF A PEDAL STEEL GUITAR.

Almost all of them have played guitar for years and this is a 2nd or 3rd instrument. Their learning curve is a lot flatter since they have an understanding of chords etc.

This is just great for them and the steel community as they are also great people and they love the brotherhood both in the Portland area and on the forum.
