GarageBand trouble, please help.

Hi and thanks in advance,
I have made a recording using GB on my Mac, converting it to an mp3 and then, using Titanium Toast, I've been trying to put it onto a CD. But I'm getting this error window that says...The driver reported an error,

sense key = MEDIUM error
sense code = 0x73, 0x03

What does this mean and how can I fix it? Thanks again, Don

Don, reduce your burn speed to 4x or 2x.
