Yep, that's Hal. Faron must have been guesting on a Wilburn Bros Show. Looks like he's playing a Sho-Bud through a Sho-Bud amp.

I think the show was "That Good Old Nashville Music". Is that Steve Chapman or Jimmy Capps, or Spider Wilson on guitar?

Of all the older shows they are bringing back I am surprised that that one isn't shown. There were some great artists and players on there.

Big Red Hayes on first fiddle.
Hal is playing an expermental keyless Sho-Bud built on a Maverick body, I got the guitar when I bought the Sho-Bud stock in 1985, I sold it to Johnny Cox I believe. Don't know if he still has it or not.
Interesting guitar, very different.
