I've heard of having computer problems, but this is ridiculous. Tell that boy to get his butt back here ASAP!

Smiley had computer trouble, sent it out to get repaired, got it back, set it in the kitchen and it hasn't moved since. I just had this discussion with him and his defense was that he had gotten a lot of work done around the house. His cable is still hooked up and working, Smiley just hasn't put the computer back together but that is just Smiley.

I spoke with Smiley this weekend..He called me from the historic battlefield "Shilo"just to tell me where the cannons were made.(his former home town of Springfield MA.) Laughing We have spoken several times about him getting back on,he is still paying for his hook-up but he is recording a lot of his vinyl to CDs.He has a vast collection that even the likes of Harold Bradley has requested some stuff from him..He will be back on but he sometimes can only concentrate on 1 thing at a time..Thats Smiley... Laughing Laughing Laughing

Smiley played tonight at a little Meat-n-3 (don't remember the name) in Hendersonville. It's located in a shopping center directly across from the post office.

Smiley may be the most under-rated player around. If you haven't heard him play, you should.

Hey Randal,

You're so right about Smiley's playing. He is such a good guy, and so much fun to be around that way too often we forget about what a very fine player he is.

Hey Joe Casey, give a call some time. My # is (803) 606-5705, but don't give it to just anybody.

See ya,
Jim
