1969 Sho Bud Double Neck Red apron Blonde top

Post by Jimmy Broussard »

I have been holding onto this guitar for years and I just don't play it enough to warrant keeping it around. It would be much better if someone were playing it. It is in perfect condition and was lovingly polished and had a 4th knee added by the master of Sho Bud guitars Ricky Davis. The undercarrige and changers were also gone through and are smooth and clean. The case is like new.It has factory pickups and Ricky Davis strings. Pics will be up soon. The price is 3,000.00 and the only thing I would consider in part trade is a nice Fender Tele. You can email me at topjimmyb@yahoo.com

Pluses:
This one plays smooth as butter.
Stays in tune.
You can raise and lower a string as many times you want with a barrel tuning system with one raise bar and one lower bar finger.
Minuses:
NONE.

Jimmy,
Is this guitar original or is it a restoration?

Also, what is your knee lever setup?... Emmons or Shobud?

Very Beautiful.... Somebody buy it fast!

I'm being tortured at the temptation!

Danny it is Emmons E9 pedal set up.
RKR lowers 2nd half/whole; lowers 9 half.
RKL Lowers 4 and 8 half tone.
LKR raises 1 half/whole; lowers 6 half.
LKL raises 4 and 8 half.
Standard C6th pedal set up.
RKR raise 4 half.
RKL lowers 3 half.
This Professional is all original parts; even the single screw through top pickups...best sounding pickup shobud ever made with coil tap switches.

Beatiful steel you have. I can't believe it has lasted this long.
