was wondering if my handmade Fender case was ever seen?

My walnut D-8 Stringmaster was stolen way back in 70's. My father was a cabinetmaker and made a beautiful mahogany case. The legs went in first with a piece of hardboard over them. The guitar sat on this strings up. It was a one of a kind and I was wondering if anyone ever saw it over the years?
