How do i disable Autorun on a CD/DVD drive

I want to run a program, and it says to disable Autorun on my CD/DVD. Using Windows Vista. Tried looking on line, and doing a search here. Just confused me more.

I am just barely getting familiar with Vista but....

try:

Start>>Control Panel>>Hardware and Sound>>AutoPlay

and set your preferences.
