I'll be picking my midi steel with California country rocker "Cisco" on Sat. night 11-4-00.Pretty ass-kickin' band - Steve Duncan from The Desert Rose Band is on drums.Kind of a heartland/Bakersfield thang. We're opening for Yoakum at the Museum of Flying at Santa Monica airport.Be there or be square.If you can't afford the $1000.00 a plate dinner(it's a fund raiser)you can catch Cisco & the band at "The Mint" in West L.A. next Thursday 11-9-00. -MJ-

Some homeless shelter or something.For me,the financial remunerations were damn near insignificant.
Oodles of free beer tho,and Dwight is always cool - and great to hang with Gary Morse and the rest of the band & various L.A. movie stars,etc.Plus....I was able to liberate a gallon jar of killer salsa and a six pack of Asahi in my wardrobe bag.Sho bidness startin' to pay off.... -MJ-
