Does anybody know where I can get a copy of Rusty Young's Instruction Book on Pedal Steel Guitar? I have searched high and low and even contacted Rusty's wife, Mary, all to no avail.

I can't believe that guy got $125. Is the book worth that much. I used to have one and remember there not having that much stuff in it. What do you guy think the book i actually worth. I figured maybe 30 to $40 at the most!!
