I just got back to the USA yesterday after spending sixteen days in Spain. I am completely jet-lagged and four pounds lighter from all the olive oil rich food I ate. I lost 10 lbs before the trip and gained back six during the trip (for a net loss of four pounds! Laughing ).

I headlined the First Annual Sevilla Ukulele festival.

My Spanish ukulele friend Fran Rodriguez and his lovely wife Christina showed my wife Margaret and I a fantastic time in Seville. LOTS of sightseeing, wine, wine, wine and cool restaurants that tourists would not typically know about.

Here's a video of me playing 'Aloha Tears' at the ukulele fest. It's my Magnatone through my Vox DA-5. The accompaniment is Band in a Box from my Ipod.

Nice song. Similar to "Hula Blues"?

I was wondering - do they call them "Spanish" guitars over there, or just "our" guitars?
