Louden Wainwright III steeler?

On his album 'Strange Wierdos,' Louden has a beautiful instrumental with steel, called 'Naomi.' (I'd post it, but can't find free hosting that won't sign you up for voicemail and bill your home phone.)

Any ideas who the steeler is? Daniel Lanois maybe?
It's a good album.
