I liked what I read about the Carl Martin "Delayla
XL Delay. Has anyone tried one for steel?

I own a Carl Martin Red Repeat which I really like the sound of with steel. It is part of their budget range but is based on the Delayla. I've not tried the Delayla XL but if it it sounds like a better version of the Red Repeat then it's going to sound great.

Have you checked out the new Carl Martin Echotone pedal? It's expensive but I've read great reviews of it.
