I am kinda new with steel guitars but would really like to give it a shot. I would like to find an 8 or 10 string non-pedal steel to start with- something reasonably priced in case it does not work out. Can anyone help!

Thanks!
Tim

I have one of these. Soon will have another, I hope! The kits are an especially good deal, I think.

David,
What's the string spacing like on those? The price looks great.

3/8" at both nut and bridge. E-mail Mark Vinbury (the Dynalap guy). He's open to some customization, too.

Thanks, I just realized there was a link within his page for more details (including string spacing). The more time I spend on computers, the less I know.
