Hi all, been enjoying re-visiting Lindley on the Blind boys of Alabama cd , especially that 'amazing grace' solo. Other than 'Running on empty' etc, can anyone recommend some more listening....Cheers

Thankyou, I will def check this out. I remember hearing some reggae type tunes a mate played me once, his solo stuff I understand. Also he plays on 'The Indian Runner' soundtrack I noticed, lap and weis

You need El-Rayo X. The Wally Ingram stuff is killer if you like the Weissenborn stuff and the middle eastern instruments, but for that lap steel stuff it's more about the earlier stuff and the Jackson Browne work is also pretty amazing.

Mr Lindley is on tour and will be in Columbus OH on 9-9-08.
