Tuesday night 8/19/08 was our regular "Country Your Way" show at The Springdale Senior Center and the night's high light for me was Larry Garrett and Donley Harrington doing "This One's Gonna Hurt You -for a long long time" I had asked them to learn it for me so I could butcher John Hughey's ride in it and bless their hearts they did it in style. Thanks, guys--I appreciate humoring me. -

Hey Bill, you picked a great song by Marty & Travis! One of these tuesday nites I'm gonna sneak in on you guys down there. I sure had fun when I did get to set in with you. Its a fun gig! By the way, how did you manage to get two good looking women to play with you scraggely guys?  Ray

It is a fun gig, Ray and it's always good to see you drop in. As for the two ladies--I'm not too sure but I got an idea their eye sites not what it used to be.-  |

I don't know how I overlooked your post but I didn't see it until tonight. Thanks for the compliment. It was our pleasure to try to perform that song for you. It's a good'n. Your steel work was just right. CYW is lots of fun.
