While traveling through the Smokies last week, I called Herbie to order some new material. Instead of shipping it, Herbie took the time and brought it to our motel room. Afterwards we had A long visit, just steel player to steel player. Of course our main subject was the lack of steel in the music projects nowadays. We steel pickers are very lucky to have folks like Herbie and Bobbie S. to help us out in time of need. Thanks again Herbie for sharing your stories with an amature. JW Day
